Jun 3 – ACED Graduation Sponsored by the Algiers Economic Development Foundation

The Algiers Economic Development Foundation (AEDF) has the following message:

We couldn’t be more excited to share that the first-ever in-person cohort of the Algiers Economic Development Foundation’s ACED program (Algiers Career and Educational Development) will celebrate their graduation on June 3

We invite you to join us and the amazing high school juniors and seniors who have given up their Saturdays from February through June to learn important job-readiness skills and tour local job centers, military bases, and university campuses with us. We hope that this program helps our students explore new, potential career pathways that excite them, that the opportunity to practice shaking hands and preparing for a job interview will help gain confidence, and that throughout the entire program, they see what a strong community stands behind them here in Algiers

It has been a privilege to get to know these young Algerines. Their passion and excitement for what lies ahead is infectious. We hope that we’ll see you at graduation to celebrate these brilliant young students!
