Join us as we host Nathan Sanders, the Policy and Advocacy Director of Ed Choice. He will address the new Education Savings Accounts passed by the Louisiana Legislature.
Nathan joined EdChoice in 2023, serving as Policy and Advocacy Director. Prior to joining EdChoice, Nathan worked with Americans for Prosperity in Louisiana. Active in politics and community, he is a member of his local Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership program and serves on his local Kiwanis board of directors. Nathan graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University, earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management. Nathan was born and raised in Walker, LA, where he resides. He is passionate about ensuring that families have the opportunities and voice in their children’s education, which is foundational in that child’s future and the future of the surrounding communities.
Additionally, Algiers has received two grants as follows
These grants came from the Louisiana Legislator and are intended for Algiers. The grants will be dispensed through the Algiers Development District through the Algiers Neighborhood Presidents’ Council. The Algiers Neighborhood Presidents’ Council is asking each neighborhood for ideas.
