City Planning Commission and Orleans Parish School Board Properties Meeting

The City Planning Commission will hear Master Plan amendments for Algiers next Tuesday 4/23 1:30 pm, and two amendments are related to Orleans Parish School Board properties.  The meeting will take place in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 1300 Perdido Street.

PD-12-11 for the former Edna Karr High School building at 4817 Neil Avenue to change from Residential Single Family Post-War to Residential Multi-Family Post-War, CPC staff recommended approval

PD 12-12 for the corridor that includes the former Paul Habans Elementary school at 3819 Herschel Street; change to Mixed-Use Medium Density
