The ADD board meeting will begin at 10 am and will be held at the Algiers Auditorium, 2485 Guadalcanal Street, Federal City, Algiers.
On the agenda:
The Brown-Taylor Development Team will be providing a detailed update on the exciting completion and future leasing of the Riverside Retreat at Federal City, a Senior Independent Living Facility of 70 Units, 56 one bedroom and 14 two bedrooms.
Brown- Taylor will also provide an update on the upcoming adaptive reuse of Historic Building 4 which will be apartments containing 52 units, 6 one bedroom, 27 one-bedroom lofts and 19 two-bedroom lofts.
