The Algiers Historical Society meets every third Saturday of each month (except December) at the Algiers Library from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. May 18 - History of St Bernard Prehistoric to 2005 June 15 - New Orleans Steamboat Stories

Come learn the history of Algiers and find research materials. They meet each third Saturday at the Algiers Regional Library from 10:30 to 12:30 Membership applications will be available for mailing at each event or fill out and mail.  Application - Cannot pay at the Library--Must mail check
