SUMMARY:April 13 - Monthly Speaker Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Please join us at our new meeting location and time.  We are now meeting at 4th District NOPD Headquarters at 3320 Wall Boulevard\, Algiers from 5:30 to 6:30 pm on the second Monday of the month.  Please put us in your calendar. \nOn April 13\, our speaker is Rafael Goyeneche of the Metropolitan Crime Commission. \nRafael is the President of the Metropolitan Crime Commission which has been tracking crime in our area for decades and is the most comprehensive source for crime statistics in our city. \nIf you missed our March meeting\, our speaker was a Civil War historian James Larkin who researched the Union occupation of Huntlee Village during the Civil War.  It was a fascinating talk\, and we will invite him back again soon so more can hear about the marvelous history of our area.
